Shipping costs and delivery

The estimated shipping costs vary depending on the destination, they are calculated and displayed in the check-out after confirmation of the delivery address. The delivery time is usually between 3 and 14 working days, depending on the destination. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.
Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.
You can also enter your own delivery address, different from the selected billing address. To do this, simply enter a different delivery address to the billing address in the check-out.

Shipping method “Pick-up free delivery”, exclusively for TGW employees in Austria for the Marchtrenk & Wels locations

After selecting one of the specified Austrian delivery addresses, the shipping method “Free delivery” can be selected, for which no shipping costs will be charged.
With this shipping method, a distinction is made between the two TGW locations Marchtrenk and Wels:

• Pick-up Marchtrenk (Ludwig Szinicz Straße 3, A-4614 Marchtrenk)
• Collection Wels (Collmannstraße 2, A-4600 Wels)

If an order is completed with this option, the orders will be delivered to the respective location once a week.
This option is available for both business and private orders.
