Business orders from TGW Logistics employees are processed with a delivery bill and invoice.

B2C or private orders
Private orders from TGW Logistics employees are completed directly in the store using Internet payment methods and then processed with a delivery bill and invoice.

Explanation of business and private orders

• B2B business order
  If one of the specified billing and delivery addresses is selected, this is a business order. Without an Ariba connection, the mandatory fields (KST/project/order number) must be filled in.
• Private order
  If you select your own billing and delivery address, this is a private order.
