Order Process

1.0) Location with SAP (TGW Guided Buying - SAP Ariba)

1.1) SAP business order (promotional items are purchased to promote the company or brand, e.g. through customer gifts)

TGW employee starts the purchasing process in SAP Ariba and selects the catalog “MERCHANDISING WEBSHOP”. This means that the TGW employee is redirected to the supplier's website Wertpräsent to select products. You can now store easily and carefree via a TGW promotional products store 24/7.

1. create a shopping cart: 
   In the webshop, the TGW employee adds the desired products to the shopping cart. 
   As soon as the selection is complete, the shopping cart is sent back to SAP Ariba.
2. shopping cart in SAP Ariba:
   After transmission, the shopping cart is displayed in SAP Ariba. TGW employees can check and edit the shopping cart and complete the order process.
3. ordering process:
   Once the shopping cart has been approved, an order is generated and sent to the supplier Wertpräsent. The entire process is supported by the Cloud Integration Connector, which ensures communication between the systems.

1.2) SAP private (promotional items for personal occasions)

TGW employee starts the purchasing process in SAP Ariba and selects the catalog “MERCHANDISING WEBSHOP”. This means that the TGW employee is redirected to the website of the supplier Wertpräsent to select products. You can now store easily and carefree via a TGW promotional products store 24/7.

1. create a shopping cart:
   In the webshop, the TGW employee adds the desired products to the shopping cart. As soon as the selection is complete, the TGW employee can check and edit the shopping cart.
2. selection PRIVATE in the shopping cart:
   by selecting this option, the connection between Ariba and the web store is disconnected. You can now enter your own delivery address or select free delivery to the Marchtrenk/Wels location. The payment methods defined by TGW are now available for payment. The user must agree to the General Terms and Conditions (GDPR).
3. order receipt at the supplier Wertpräsent:
   The supplier sends the invoice and shipping confirmation including shipment number via e-mail.

2.0) Location without SAP

2.1) Business order (promotional items are purchased to promote the company or brand, e.g. through customer gifts)

1. jump to the webshop via intranet (login is automatic via SSO)
2. fill shopping cart
3. select TGW unit (delivery address)
4. fill in mandatory fields (KST/project/order number)
5. complete order
6. confirmation and shipment number by Wertpräsent via e-mail

2.2) Private (promotional items for personal occasions)

1. jump to the webshop via intranet (login via SSO)
2. fill shopping cart
3. fill in/select private delivery address
4. select payment method
5. agree to terms and conditions
6. complete order
7. confirmation, invoice and shipment number by Wertpräsent via e-mail
